Digital Skills & Mental Health

6–11 July | Riga

In today’s world, AI still feels like a threat to many — too fast, too complicated, too “inhuman.”
But we believe: where there is support, hands-on practice, and creativity — trust begins to grow.
And that’s exactly what happened during our project in Riga.

 We learned:
— how to work with AI without fear,
— how to train creativity and critical thinking,
— how to combine technology with care for mental well-being.

We felt:
— sound therapy as a balm for the soul,
— Riga as a city of inspiration,
— the group as a living source of support.

Thank you to each participant for your trust, curiosity, and openness.
It was a step into the future, where technology and the soul are not enemies — but allies.
