After the inspiring days in Riga, where we first explored the world of artificial intelligence and discovered how important it is to keep the human side alive in the digital age, the participants met again — this time online.
Five participants from Estonia gathered together in person, while our two partners from Riga, who had also taken part in the first meeting, joined us via Zoom. Despite the distance, we felt the same sense of connection and shared space as before.
The meeting became a moment of reflection.
We shared how our state of mind had changed, what knowledge and practices had stayed with us after the project.
Many noted that their mental well-being had become more stable, with a growing sense of calm and confidence.
The practical tools for self-care and physical balance had become part of daily life.
Our partners from Riga emphasized how valuable it was to see that the project did not end with the final day of training — it continues to live through our experience, conversations, and new actions.
This meeting became a quiet yet powerful continuation of the Riga story — a step toward mindfulness, trust, and a deeper understanding of the connection between mind, body, and technology.
